Moolah Points offers you the ability to Update Points or Replace Points of Customers in your outlets.
- From the Moolah Points Back Office, select Customers.
- The Customer List will be displayed.
- On the far right of the screen, select the Update Points button to begin Updating Customer Points.
- A new menu will appear allowing you to perform a Customer Search.
- Input the Customer Name you wish to Update/Replace the points of.
- Once a Customer has been selected, you will see their Name, Mobile Number and Old Points.
- Input the New Points for this customer.
- If you wish to Update (add to existing points) the customer points, make sure the Update slider is displayed.
- If you wish to Replace the customer points, make sure the Replace slider is displayed.
- Select Add to save the Customer Points Changes.
