If you have forgotten your Account Password, you will have the ability to reset it at any given time.
- From your Internet Browser, input the Moolah Points Back Office Portal URL https://portal.moolahpoints.com/auth/processing.
- Select the Forgot Password? button.
- A new screen will appear asking you to input the Email associated with your Account. 4. Input your Account Email and select Submit to process a Password Reset. 5. Once Password Reset is selected you will receive a link to your Account Email. 6. Select the Link from your Email Address.
- A new screen will appear asking you to input your New Password.
- Enter a New Password and input the Password again in the Confirm Password section.
- Select Submit to save your new Account Password.
10. You will be directed back to the Portal Login where you can now input your Account Email and New Password.
